Our Quality Policy

 

Hanwha Azdel is committed to continually reduce the variances in our business processes that have the most impact on the success of our customers.

 

Our annual quality objectives will be established to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers by reducing variation and delivering high quality products, on time every day.

 

Our Quality System

 

The Hanwha Azdel quality system is described in a 3-volume set of manuals. Each volume is devoted to a different level in the quality system.

  • Level 1 contains the management statements of quality assurance policy and objectives, a clear organizational structure and the overall definition of quality responsibilities and limits of authority.

  • Level 2 documents procedures whose purpose is to clarify how the policy in level 1 will be put into practice.

  • Level 3 contains standard practice instructions and documents all the routine documentation that makes the quality system work from day-to-day.

Quality System Registration

 

Hanwha Azdel has achieved and maintained registration with the International Standards Organization for ISO 9001:2008, and encourages its suppliers to seek appropriate ISO registration. Hanwha Azdel is not currently seeking ISO/TS 16949 registration as we are a Tier-2 supplier to the automotive industry.
